• Only new or Fresh students in the universities are eligible
• Students must meet the criteria of need according to HEC
• Scholarships are on merit base only.
• Degrees allowed by HEC
• Age limits are set by the institution, not by HEC.

Ineligibility Conditions

• If you are already availing another scholarship then you are not eligible for this scholarship
• Enrolled in affiliated colleges
• Enrolled on self bases or in an evening program with a higher fee structure
• If you are enrolled in a two-year post-secondary or equivalent program.
